Santosh Mishra ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Neon Overtake 3D: Car Racing mobile application (the "Service"). This Service is provided at no cost and is intended for use "as is". The following game-related data is processed and stored locally on your device (and may be synced via official Google Play Services):

4. Data Deletion Policy

Under strict data protection guidelines (including Google Play's Data Safety policies), users must have a clear path to delete their data. Since we do not transmit or store your personal identity data on any external private database, there is no personal profile on our end to delete.

To completely erase all your game data and ad-tracking history from this app, follow these steps:

1. Open your device Settings.
2. Navigate to Apps or App Management.
3. Locate and select Neon Overtake 3D.
4. Tap on Storage & Cache.
5. Click Clear Data and Clear Cache, or simply Uninstall the game.
6. To reset ad tracking, reset your Advertising ID in your device's Privacy settings.

5. Children’s Privacy

This application is designed to be safe and suitable for users of all ages. We do not knowingly prompt or collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.

Furthermore, our Google AdMob settings are specifically configured to comply strictly with the Google Play Families Policy and the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information (which is technically not supported by our app), please contact us so we can take necessary actions.

6. Security

We value your trust in playing our game. All local data is stored within the secure, sandboxed environment of your device's operating system. Any technical data transmitted to third-party services (like AdMob or Google Play Services) is securely encrypted and transmitted over HTTPS/TLS secure protocols.
